Management Team
Dr Bharat Vagadia - CEO
Bharat serves as Chief Executive Officer of Op2i and is founder of GovernanceDirector, is an advisor to the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) on policy and regulatory matters and is a Board Director of the National Outsourcing Association (NOA).
He has been involved in policy, regulation and strategic governance for over 12 years, and has advised governments, regulatory authorities, and businesses in over 20 countries.
He is author of three books: 1) Strategic Outsourcing - the alchemy to business transformation, 2) Developing Robust Strategies in uncertain, multi-stakeholder environments and 3) Outsourcing to India - a Legal Handbook.
He sits on the editorial board of Outsource Magazine and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Business Transformation Magazine.
He has a PhD researching the interplay of legal contracts and trust in outsourcing relationships. He has been awarded an LLM in Commercial Law, an MBA from Imperial Business School, a 1st Class (Hons) in Engineering from King’s College London, and a CIM Diploma in Marketing.
Ross Caldwell - CTO
Ross is a highly experienced International Business Manager specialising in the information and communications technology sectors with broad experience in the development, planning and deployment of state-of-the-art telecom/IT networks and technologies and in the development of business within international technology markets.
He serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Consultant at Op2i Ltd, where he provides business transformation and technology driven change consultancy and acts as CTO for Governance Director.
His sourcing experience comes from both client and supply side and includes: Large scale national/global telecommunications network planning, development, operations and management outsourcing programmes, on-shore call centre outsource services provision , off shore IT development and testing services, and international customer support services.
Prior to joining Op2i he held positions as CTO of Software Companies, where he has overseen a range of software product development programmes including the development of a secure document management systems for the Japanese Market using outsourced systems development teams in UK and New Zealand that won the National Outsourcing Award for best use of outsourcing by an SME.
He has been a main board director of a mobile accessories company, responsible for Marketing, Business and Product Development, securing 50% of the UK market for OEM mobile accessories, and returning an ailing company to profitability.
He has been a senior marketing manager for a Multi National Telecommunications Equipment Manufacturer where he led EMEA market strategy development projects and led marketing and business development teams in positioning and securing major telecommunications network replacement contracts valued in excess of US$1Billion.
He has also worked in product management positions, chaired the British Standards Institution Cordless Communications Data Standard, worked as a Principal Engineer on the European Strategic Programme of Research into Information Technology and managed projects within the UK Banking Sector, developing the first distributed architecture retail credit banking system based on micro and mini computers.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Commmerce in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce in Computer Systems, Quantitative Methods and Production Management.

Nalin Raja – Associate Consultant
Nalin is a highly effective change and project manager with a track record of securing strong stakeholder engagement to deliver organisational transformation. Nalin has experience of working with some of the top FTSE-100 institutions to deliver integration of organisation, business and technology change, process improvements, outsourcing and off-shoring to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiencies in a large corporates.
His strengths lie in: Managing strategic change, Business Change Framework Development, Business Analysis and Communication and Stakeholder Management.
Nalin has worked and advised Opal Business Solution (Part of Carphone Warehouse Group supplying B2B Telco), E.ON UK (Business Transformation Division), NHS (SPINE) Programme, Barclays Bank, Shop Direct Group, Your Communications, Utilities Consultant, Lloyds TSB to name a few.
Nalin has a BSc (Hons) Computing Science, is a Full Member of APM, is a DSDM Practitioner and a PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
Paul Mosses – Associate Consultant
Paul has over 20 years experience in Information Technology (IT). The last 12 years as a freelance IT professional, covering a variety of market sectors including financial services, retailing, central governmentt and utilities.
