In our fully managed solution, clients can contract directly with Op2i for the provision of outsourcing services. Op2i utilises and leverages the facilities of our outsourcing service provider network to implement customer specific solutions through back-to-back contracts. Op2i can manage and implement all contractual, management and SLA issues.
Our managed solutions are flexible, developed around specific client needs. We can provide some or all of the support that may be required.
In some cases clients may wish to retain contractual control with Op2i providing implementation and governance assistance, in other cases, client may wish to use our services to choose and transition services to service providers, whereas in some cases, clients may wish to use our fully managed solution, where Op2i would take contractual control.
